Kyle joined Serpe, Jones, Andrews, Callender & Bell as an associate in 2018. He helps clients with a variety of litigation needs, ranging from complex commercial disputes to medical malpractice defense. Kyle’s practice also includes premises liability and personal injury defense. Kyle is licensed to practice in Texas, and has represented clients in Texas and New Mexico courts.

Kyle graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 2018. In addition to competing on moot court and mock trial teams for Baylor Law’s advocacy program, Kyle served as a technical editor on the Baylor Law Review. His article, Mandatory and Jurisdictional: Statutory Prerequisites, Article V Jurisdiction, and Judicial Review in the Texas Workers’ Comp Scheme, was published in the Winter 2018 volume. Kyle also earned the Steve Dillard Practice Court Award as the highest performing student in Baylor’s Practice Court program. After graduation, Kyle tied for the second-highest score on the July 2018 Texas Bar Exam.
