Kelsey joined Serpe, Jones, Andrews, Callender & Bell PLLC as an associate in 2018. Her primary practice area is litigation, with a focus on healthcare and commercial disputes. Kelsey earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she graduated third in her class. While in law school, Kelsey was heavily involved in South Texas’ award-winning, nationally-recognized advocacy program. She competed in ten mock trial and moot court tournaments, including the prestigious Top Gun National Mock Trial Competition, an invitation-only, one-on-one mock trial tournament. Kelsey was also a member of the South Texas Law Review.

After law school, Kelsey served as a briefing attorney to Presiding Judge Sharon Keller on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, Texas’ highest court for criminal matters. Kelsey then joined the Harris County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, where she tried twelve cases to jury verdict in two years.
